We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist in Planning Support to join our team. This role involves managing material requirements, optimizing planning processes, and developing automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP and Excel automation, with a proven track record of improving planning accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily planning activities using SAP, tracking material requirements and order scheduling.
• Develop Excel-based automation tools to streamline planning workflows.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions for task automation and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure timely material availability by monitoring stock levels and addressing shortages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless planning execution.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient in SAP for material requirement planning.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA/macros, Power Query, and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Industry Experience: Experience in supply chain, planning, or related operational roles within any industry requiring detailed operational planning and efficiency.
