What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Assist clients with travel inquiries, booking options, and reservation management
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging tools in a professional and friendly manner
  • Recommend and help book travel arrangements including hotels, resorts, cruises, flights, and activities
  • Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately
  • Collaborate with travel advisors and supplier partners to ensure seamless service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet access and a personal computer
  • Passion for travel and helping others plan their perfect trip

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in customer service or the travel industry is helpful but not required
  • Comfortable using email, booking platforms, and CRM tools (training provided)
