The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the company’s high standards for service quality.
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong focus on enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring positive interactions
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
