Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication, accurate documentation, effective coordination of tasks, and excellent customer support. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling phone calls, emails, and all forms of correspondence efficiently and professionally.


  • Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring all information is updated, organized, and easily accessible.


  • Research & Reporting: Conduct online research on assigned topics, compile relevant data, and prepare structured reports or summaries as required.


  • Task & Project Coordination: Coordinate tasks across teams, monitor progress, ensure deadlines are met, and effectively communicate priorities.


  • Customer Support: Provide timely assistance to customers or clients, address inquiries, and resolve issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.


  • Administrative & Ad-hoc Support: Support management with additional projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
