Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site in Vadodara. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure consistent customer satisfaction. You will handle client communications, manage customer accounts, and support clients with property sourcing queries and updates. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining high standards of Customer Satisfaction
• Strong understanding of Customer Experience and delivering tailored client interactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and related technology
• Experience in the real estate or property sector is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Vadodara
