Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer questions, troubleshooting shipping concerns, providing guidance on product usage, and ensuring a positive customer experience through prompt and empathetic communication.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in managing Customer Experience and ensuring positive interactions
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively and resolve issues with a focus on delivering quality service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using CRM tools or customer support platforms is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in shipping, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus
