Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in both manual and automation testing, possess basic coding knowledge, and demonstrate strong communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working in product-based companies who bring a go-getter mindset and take ownership of quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Go-getter mindset with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and/or mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using standard bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test strategy creation.
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as required.
• Ensure product releases meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Continuously improve testing processes and promote best QA practices within the team.
