🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales & Marketing Associate to handle student counselling, lead management, and promotional activities. The role involves converting leads into admissions and supporting the marketing operations of CADBIM Centre.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with an MBA, any degree, or engineering background (Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) are encouraged to apply.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, Meta ads, and walk-ins.

Counsel students about BIM programs, international internship opportunities, and career pathways.

Maintain CRM updates, daily follow-up reports, and admission records.

Assist in marketing activities such as webinars, workshops, and social media campaigns.

Coordinate with the technical team for demo classes and student queries.

Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to center growth.

Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain follow-up communication.

📌 Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and counselling ability.

Basic marketing knowledge (digital marketing awareness is a plus).

Good command of English; Malayalam/Hindi adds advantage.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
