We are looking for a proactive and well-organised CRM Executive who can manage customer interactions, maintain accurate customer data, support sales and marketing follow-ups, and help improve customer engagement across the AlignBooks ecosystem.


Role Description

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer data, leads, follow-ups, CRM records, customer communication, and coordination between sales, support, implementation, and marketing teams. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with calling and follow-ups, and has good communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer and lead data in the CRM system.
  • Track leads, enquiries, demos, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with sales, support, and implementation teams for smooth customer handling.
  • Call prospects and customers for follow-ups, feedback, renewals, product updates, and engagement campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, requirements, status updates, and next steps.
  • Support marketing campaigns by managing customer lists, campaign responses, and follow-up data.
  • Assist in customer retention activities and help identify inactive or at-risk customers.
  • Share regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, customer responses, and pending actions.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM updates.
  • Help improve customer experience by ensuring no query or lead is missed.
  • Support internal teams with data cleaning, segmentation, and CRM process discipline.


Required Skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and customer databases.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Professional and polite customer-handling approach.
  • Willingness to learn about ERP, SaaS, and business software.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in CRM, telecalling, customer coordination, sales support, or customer success.
  • Experience in SaaS, ERP, software, accounting software, or B2B companies will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of lead management, customer lifecycle, and follow-up processes.
