Handling over 15,000 transactions annually worth more than USD 1 billion, Square Yards combines data analytics and virtual reality tools to disrupt traditional real estate ecosystems. The company operates globally, with a significant share of revenues coming from markets such as the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Square Yards is also building innovative B2B platforms for developers, financial institutions, and agents, alongside scaling B2C platforms like Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant, based in Gurugram. The CRM Consultant will oversee and optimize business processes, implement CRM strategies using platforms such as Salesforce.com, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client relationships. The role involves consulting with stakeholders, analyzing data to support decision-making, and driving sales through effective CRM solutions. The consultant will also ensure seamless process implementation to boost team efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in evaluating and improving business processes, with an understanding of client needs
• Proficiency in sales processes and techniques, with the ability to support sales teams through CRM strategies
• Expertise in consulting and strategy formulation to solve complex business challenges
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com administration and related CRM tools
• Problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with the real estate or proptech industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines
