Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant, based in Gurugram. The CRM Consultant will oversee and optimize business processes, implement CRM strategies using platforms such as Salesforce.com, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client relationships. The role involves consulting with stakeholders, analyzing data to support decision-making, and driving sales through effective CRM solutions. The consultant will also ensure seamless process implementation to boost team efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in evaluating and improving business processes, with an understanding of client needs
  • Proficiency in sales processes and techniques, with the ability to support sales teams through CRM strategies
  • Expertise in consulting and strategy formulation to solve complex business challenges
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com administration and related CRM tools
  • Problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with the real estate or proptech industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines
