Brand Solution Executive.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Brand Solutions Executive who can seamlessly blend sales acumen with creative thinking. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and delivering impactful brand solutions through ideation and compelling presentations.

Department: Lokmat Taplight Division

Location: Mumbai / Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

• Ideation & Brand Solutions
• Understand client briefs and marketing objectives
• Develop innovative, insight-led brand solutions aligned with Lokmat Taplight offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, execution) for ideation
• Presentation & Pitching
• Create high-quality, visually compelling presentations (PPT/Canva)
• Present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure customization of proposals as per client needs
• Execution Coordination
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
• Track timelines and ensure strict adherence to deadlines
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
• Identify and prospect potential clients across relevant industries
• Initiate outreach and fix meetings for the division with key decision-makers
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Data & Reporting
• Maintain client data, pipeline, and reports using Excel and CRM tools
• Track campaign performance and support post-campaign analysis

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation tools (Canva preferred)
• Strong time management and deadline orientation
• Basic understanding of media, marketing, and brand solutions
• High level of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field
• 1– 4 years of experience in media sales, brand solutions, or marketing
• Experience in client servicing, pitching, or advertising/media industry is an added advantage
