What You’ll Do

• Be the catalyst for change across end-to-end business processes
• Lead service improvement initiatives that boost efficiency and cut costs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver smart, scalable solutions
• Champion digital transformation through automation and innovation
• Support cross-functional projects with razor-sharp analysis and insight

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience in a PMO or transformation setting
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, BABOK, Agile, Waterfall and PRINCE2 methodologies
• Proven success in mapping and optimising business processes
• Strong grasp of IT systems, data analysis, and compliance frameworks
• Experience with tools like Miro, Jira, and DevOps
