We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the solar installation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, enquiries, and WhatsApp communications professionally.
• Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and the company website.
• Explain rooftop solar solutions, government subsidy schemes, and installation processes to prospective customers.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely customer updates.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service before, during, and after installation.
• Assist in resolving customer queries and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Any Degree or Diploma.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil; basic English communication is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and computer operations.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
