Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience that encourages long-term loyalty.


Role Description

The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role involves managing day-to-day interactions with clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all touchpoints. The executive will handle client onboarding, maintain accurate records of communications, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Responsibilities include monitoring customer satisfaction, gathering feedback, and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and improve service delivery. The role also requires preparing regular reports on client engagement, supporting account reviews, and contributing to initiatives that enhance client retention and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the defined turnaround time.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their service requests, appointments, and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Inform customers about new products, services, offers, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather valuable feedback.
  • Generate repeat business through regular customer engagement.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer interaction reports.
