Key Responsibilities:


Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner for BPO/call Center operations

Provide customer support, resolve inquiries, and guide customers regarding products and services

Perform consultative selling by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions

Manage patient/customer-oriented conversations with empathy and professionalism

Generate sales and achieve performance targets through effective communication

Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up details

Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Assist customers with health-related product or service information

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process execution

Ensure high-quality customer service while meeting daily operational goals



Required Qualifications:


Sales experience preferred, especially in BPO, call Center, healthcare, or health-related industries

Basic medical understanding such as D.Pharma, Life Sciences, or similar exposure will be preferred

Experience in tele calling, customer care, or BPO process preferred

Strong communication and customer-handling skills Skills Required:

BPO/Call Center process knowledge

Customer support mindset

Sales and target achievement

Patient-oriented communication

Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
