Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive who is fluent in both English and Tamil. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a call center or customer support environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
  • Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during every customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Tamil is mandatory (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service, BPO, or Call Center role is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, or public holidays, if required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling inbound customer support processes.
  • Experience working with international customers is an added advantage.
  • Graduation or equivalent qualification preferred.
