Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Indore. The Customer Care Executive will handle customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, provide top-notch customer service, effectively resolve customer concerns, and build long-term relationships. The executive will also assist in addressing customer inquiries and promoting sales initiatives when needed.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
Excellent Communication abilities to engage with customers effectively
Experience or skills in Sales for promoting services and fostering client relationships
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced on-site work environment
Previous experience in real estate or customer-facing roles is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
