Role Description The Customer Care Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. In this position, the team member will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues related to purchases, services, and product usage, and ensure a positive experience at the store. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, providing product information and guidance, and supporting them through the purchase and post-sales process. The role involves coordinating with sales and service teams, managing customer feedback, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The Customer Care Executive is expected to uphold company standards for customer satisfaction, professionalism, and service quality.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and problem-solving.
  • Candidates should possess skills related to Customer Satisfaction, including the ability to manage expectations and follow up on customer concerns.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with customers and team members.
  • Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including product understanding, cross-selling, and assisting customers in making informed purchase decisions.
  • Prior experience in retail, telecom, or electronics customer service is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Basic computer literacy for handling billing systems, customer records, and online tools.
  • Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or equivalent; a graduate degree is an advantage.
