Customer Experience
The Customer Experience (CX) team at Keepe play an important role as the intermediary between our stakeholders (Homeowners & Home Warranty companies) and the rest of the company. Working on the front lines means you will provide an experience that is human and honest, plus act as an advocate for our customer and make sure their job gets done in a timely manner.
Customer Support Executive
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support to residents via phone, text, and email
- Communicate with customer in a timely manner to give them the necessary information about their repair job
- Schedule appointments, provide updates on jobs, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience for the customer
- Identify and escalate issues to relevant teams
- Collaborate with teammates to find creative, efficient solutions to problems
- Adapt quickly to changing systems and processes
What You'll Need
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Dependable, self-motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Detailed-oriented organizational skills
- A genuine passion for learning and growing
- An authentic and positive attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to accommodate changing shifts
- A sense of urgency and initiative, and persistence
- 3+ years of work experience in relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
