About the Company:
Prabha & Associates is a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical items, including high-quality Distribution Transformers and other high-tension electrical products. We cater to contractors, business users, and industrial clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve organizational sales goals.
* Drive sales of High Tension Electrical Goods including Distribution Transformers to contractors, industrial clients, and business users.
* Actively generate new leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Handle customer queries with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
* Conduct market visits to promote products and explore new business prospects.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports, feedback, and market analysis to management.
* Provide training, motivation, and support to team members to ensure consistent performance.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales as sales manager
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
* Graduate
