Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels promptly and professionally.
- Promptly allocate calls as appropriate.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, inventory, and sales to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Keep customers informed about order status, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on customer service activities, trends, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with Vendors for warranty calls.
- Making DCR ( Daily Call Reports
