Job Description:

• Bachelors or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Looking for 0 to 2 years of experience in sales Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Candidate should be able to manage and update customer data. Track, follow up, and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
• Candidate should be able to coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Candidate should be able to Monitor customer feedback and relay insights to relevant departments.
• Candidate should be able Generate reports on customer behaviour, sales performance, and campaign results. Support CRM campaigns, including emails, SMS, and loyalty programs.
• Candidate should be able to ensure data accuracy and timely communication with clients.
• Be responsible for generating sales through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.
