CRM & Loyalty Marketing Executive

Experience: 2+ years

CTC: ₹3.5 – 5 LPA

Location: Gurugram

Department: Marketing / CRM

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns via SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS.
  • Manage loyalty program operations using Eazyreward.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly loyalty performance reports (active users, redemption %, repeat rate).
  • Track campaign ROI and analyze customer churn, retention, and behavior.
  • Resolve customer issues related to loyalty points, coupons, and rewards.
  • Enhance customer experience and recommend program improvements.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of CRM and loyalty programs.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Prior experience in Retail/FMCG preferred.
