Job Description
CRM & Loyalty Marketing( Sr.Executive/Asst. Manager)
Experience: 2+ years
CTC: ₹5 – 8 LPA
Location: Gurugram
Department: Marketing / CRM
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns via SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS.
- Manage loyalty program operations using Eazyreward.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly loyalty performance reports (active users, redemption %, repeat rate).
- Track campaign ROI and analyze customer churn, retention, and behavior.
- Resolve customer issues related to loyalty points, coupons, and rewards.
- Enhance customer experience and recommend program improvements.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of CRM and loyalty programs.
- Proficiency in reporting and analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in Retail/FMCG preferred.
