• Location: Nirman Vihar, Delhi
• Job Type: Full Time
• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturday WFH)
• Salary: ₹30,000 Fixed + Up to ₹5,000 Performance Bonus
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year (D2C/E-commerce Preferred)
• Qualification: Graduate

• Develop high-converting ad concepts using consumer psychology
• Build scroll-stopping Meta & UGC ad creatives
• Source and manage creators/influencers
• Write compelling hooks and short-form ad scripts
• Coordinate content production from concept to delivery
• Collaborate with founders & marketing teams to improve campaign performance

• Experience with D2C/E-commerce brands
• Knowledge of Meta Ads & Instagram Reels
• Strong storytelling and copywriting ability
• UGC ad understanding
• Influencer coordination experience
• Performance marketing mindset
