From podcasts and Instagram Reels to blogs and digital campaigns, we simplify aviation for aspiring pilots and cabin crew while creating content that people genuinely enjoy watching.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands internet culture, and loves turning ideas into content that grabs attention.

Role Description As a Creative Content Strategist, you'll be responsible for coming up with engaging content ideas across our digital platforms. This role is more about creativity than traditional writing—you'll help shape our content by brainstorming concepts, scripting videos, writing captions, developing podcast questions, and creating campaigns that connect with our audience.

We're less interested in your degree and more interested in how you think.

We're looking for someone who

• Has a portfolio of content, scripts, social media posts, or personal projects (professional or personal). - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
• Has excellent written English, and knowing more languages is a plus.
• Is naturally creative and full of ideas.
• Understands Gen Z content and internet culture.
• Can turn ordinary topics into engaging content.
• Is adaptable and enjoys experimenting with new formats.
• Pays attention to detail and communicates clearly.
  

Bonus if

• Experience with Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn content.
• Copywriting or content marketing experience.
• SEO or blog writing experience.
• Knowledge of aviation (not required—we'll teach you).
• Your Instagram Saved folder is basically a content inspiration library.
