Brand & Content Associate

We're building a modern D2C fragrance brand and are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Brand & Marketing Associate to work closely with the founders. If you love branding, content, social media, and bringing ideas to life, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Manage day-to-day social media, content calendars, and community engagement.
• Stay updated with Gen Z trends and create relevant, high-performing content.
• Research, onboard, and coordinate influencers, creators, PR, and brand collaborations.
• Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to support branding and product decisions.
• Assist with product launches, fragrance sampling, customer feedback, events, and photoshoots.
• Create creatives using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
• Assist in managing the Shopify website, email & WhatsApp marketing, and coordinate with the performance marketing team for campaigns and creatives.
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and vendors while maintaining marketing calendars, trackers, and reports.
• Work closely with the founders on day-to-day marketing, branding, and special projects.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, branding, content, or social media (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
• Strong understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
• Ability to independently shoot and edit short-form content.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar).
• Familiarity with Shopify, email/WhatsApp marketing, and GA4 is a plus.
• Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling.
• Curious, proactive, and excited to build a brand from the ground up.
