Founder's Office – Growth & Creative Strategy

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with the founder to build our growth engine.

Examples of what you'll work on:

• Research why brands and creators go viral.
• Invent original content formats people actually want to watch.
• Turn trending moments into Speak Sharp content.
• Design community campaigns and growth experiments.
• Build social media systems that can scale.
• Plan online and offline events that people remember.
• Work with designers, editors and AI tools to bring ideas to life.
• Test, measure and improve content continuously.
