Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Creative Producer role based in Udyog Vihar. The Creative Producer will oversee the end-to-end production process, from conceptualizing creative ideas to delivering final outputs. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects align with brand guidelines and client expectations. Additional duties include budgeting, resource allocation, and troubleshooting production challenges.

Qualifications

• Creative and conceptual development skills, including brainstorming, ideation, and visual storytelling
• Production management expertise, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
• Proficiency in video production, editing, and multimedia tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas effectively
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in media and content production
• Experience with cross-functional team collaboration and client communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Film Production, or related field
• Previous experience as a Creative Producer or similar role in media production
