Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Content Operations Executive to support the production of AI-driven digital products. This role focuses on execution, formatting, and preparing content for publishing across platforms.

This is not a creative writing or social media role. It is a production-focused position working closely with the Content Lead to turn AI-generated and drafted material into clean, accurate, and publish-ready content at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiently use AI tools to generate and prepare content drafts
• Review, edit, and clean AI-generated and drafted content to ensure clarity, accuracy and quality.
• Prepare content for publishing
• Upload and manage content in WordPress
• Support translations and localization
• Organize files and ensure content is export-ready for product launches
• Follow established workflows, templates, and quality guidelines

Skills & Qualifications

• Expert in using AI tools for content generation
• Strong attention to detail and formatting
• Good written English and communication skills
• Good working knowledge of basic design tools like Canva and Figma
• Ability to follow structured workflows
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines

What Success Looks Like

The person in this role will allow content to be produced and launched faster across multiple digital products by taking ownership of execution, formatting and publishing tasks.
