We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager – Ad Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate

will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring seamless delivery, optimization, and

performance tracking across digital platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise

with ad-serving platforms, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The candidate will

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, including set-up, launch, monitoring, optimization, and delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ad-serving, pacing, and delivery issues in a timely manner.
  • Create media plans, programmatic guaranteed (PG) campaigns, and insertion orders (IOs) using

Operative.

  • Develop and deliver campaign performance reports (ad-hoc, weekly, and post-campaign wrap-ups).
  • Provide screenshot decks and supporting documentation for campaign validation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign goals are met and client expectations are

exceeded.

  • Uphold high-quality standards with keen attention to detail in all campaign deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or Campaign Management within digital advertising/online

media (video ad experience is a strong plus).

  • Hands-on expertise with DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or similar

ad-serving platforms.

  • Experience with Operative and familiarity with Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and Private

Marketplace (PMP) deals strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel reporting skills a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and reliability.
