Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage mid-to-large brands across India (Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Pharma, DTC, tech, lifestyle, entertainment, wellness, etc.).
Build relationships with CMOs, Brand Managers, and Creative Directors to pitch creative solutions.
Lead outreach and business development via LinkedIn, email, events, and warm introductions.
Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to pitch to close.
Collaborate with creative leadership to shape proposals and pitch decks.
Represent the agency at industry events, both virtually and in-person.
- 6+ years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, or sales at a creative agency or production studio.
- Strong network in the marketing/brand ecosystem.
- Familiarity with motion design, video production, content marketing, or design services.
- Proactive, able to work independently, with excellent communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and commercial drive.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience selling to B2B and B2C brands.
- Background in creative services or brand storytelling.
- Experience working at or with creative agencies.
