This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Creative Director. The Creative Director will oversee all creative aspects of the brand, including the development and implementation of creative strategies, ensuring visual and branding consistency across all platforms. Responsibilities include leading a creative team, conceptualizing campaigns, directing art and design elements, and collaborating with designers and stakeholders to align creative output with the brand’s identity. The role also involves staying updated on market trends to inject innovation into collections and marketing efforts.

• Proven experience in Creative Direction and crafting dynamic Creative Strategies
• Strong knowledge in Branding and ensuring consistency across various platforms and touchpoints
• Proficiency in Art Direction and Graphic Design
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Understanding of Indian ethnic and fusion fashion trends is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
