Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Creative Art Director. The Creative Art Director will oversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of creative concepts across various branding and promotional projects. Daily responsibilities include leading creative teams, designing visuals, formulating branding strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative outputs. Collaboration with clients and internal teams is integral to ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Art Direction to guide projects from concept to execution
• Experience in Branding and developing cohesive brand identities
• Knowledge of Graphics and the ability to collaborate with marketing team to create engaging visuals
• Expert Skills in Hands on Graphic Designing, Working knowledge in #D designing and Video Editing to align with pitch needs and client requirements
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment and meet deadlines effectively
• Prior experience in event management, advertising, or related industries is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Currently drawing a salary of at least INR 50k per month, if lesser then you will be considered for the position of Graphic Designer
