About Us: Shilpa Stainless (Praylady) is a leading cookware brand committed to providing innovative and high-quality kitchen solutions. We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our online sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
• Platform Management: Oversee and optimize our online store on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website.
• Product Planning: Collaborate with the product team to develop new product lines and manage existing product catalogs.
• Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Logistics and Operations: Manage the entire e-commerce logistics process, from order fulfillment to shipping and returns.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure e-commerce success and identify areas for improvement.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals to ensure efficient operations and achieve goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools.
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth and achieving e-commerce KPIs.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
