Role Description

We are seeking a Procurement cum SCM Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, creating and handling purchase orders, and ensuring the timely procurement of high-quality materials and services. Duties include collaborating with vendors, monitoring supply chain efficiency, and maintaining inventory levels while meeting cost objectives. The role also involves supporting production and project teams by ensuring the availability of necessary resources in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management
• Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts effectively
• Strong Communication skills to develop and maintain vendor relationships and coordinate with internal teams
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and tools is an advantage
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in supply chain management, procurement, or purchasing roles preferred
