CPL Delivery Manager

We are Hiring for CPL Delivery Manager (International)

We are looking for an experienced CPL Delivery Manager to lead and scale affiliate campaigns across domestic and international markets.

Location: Sector 67, Gurgaon (Onsite)

Experience: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end CPL campaigns (International).
• Onboard and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and networks.
• Monitor daily campaign performance (leads, quality, ROI, approvals).
• Optimize traffic sources to achieve delivery and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure lead quality as per client requirements.
• Scale profitable campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in CPL affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of domestic & international traffic sources.
• Experience handling direct publishers, advertisers, and affiliate networks.
• Strong analytical skills and performance tracking expertise.
• Ability to manage revenue targets and delivery pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tracking platforms (HasOffers, Everflow, Trackier, etc.).
• Knowledge of compliance and lead validation processes.
• Existing affiliate network connections (added advantage).
