PhysicsWallah is looking for enthusiastic and driven Counselling Trainees to support student counselling and enrollment initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in academic sales and student engagement.

🔹 Role Overview:

The Counselling Trainee will assist in guiding students and parents regarding PW’s courses, support lead management activities, and contribute to achieving enrollment targets under the mentorship of senior counsellors.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in counselling students and parents about PW programs (JEE/NEET/Foundation, etc.).
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify and nurture leads.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
• Support the team in achieving daily/weekly enrollment targets.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for students and parents.

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate/Final-year student (any stream).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in counselling, sales, or EdTech industry.
• Target-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
