MJG Trading Company is a leading wholesale distributor in the off-price designer eyewear market. We specialize in sourcing authentic designer sunglasses and optical frames from major licenses and distribute through out vast network.


We are seeking a high-energy Sales Representative / Account Executive to grow our customer base, manage key accounts, and drive revenue through new business development and repeat client sales.


Role Summary

This is a revenue-driving sales role focused on wholesale account growth. The ideal candidate is a confident closer with strong relationship-building skills, experience in wholesale sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced inventory-based environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new accounts
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase repeat purchase volume
  • Promote and sell current inventory of designer eyewear (frames and sunglasses)
  • Communicate new arrivals, high-demand brands, and deal opportunities to buyers
  • Negotiate pricing and terms while protecting profitability
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow-up cadence
  • Work closely with operations/logistics to ensure smooth order execution
  • Attend industry events and customer meetings as needed


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of optical sales experience preferred
  • Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals
  • Experience selling fashion accessories, eyewear, luxury goods, or off-price merchandise is a major plus
  • Existing relationships with retailers or wholesale buyers is highly valued
  • Comfortable working by phone, email, and text with high-volume accounts
  • Organized, self-directed, and performance driven
  • Strong communication and follow-up discipline
