Role: Pega Bid management Executive
Location- Hyderabad
Experience: 0- 2 years
Coforge is looking for Pega Bid management executive supports the end‑to‑end bid process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions for Pega‑related opportunities. This is an excellent role for early‑career professionals looking to build expertise in bid management, Pega‑based solutions, and cross‑functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bid Coordination
- Assist in managing the bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission.
- Coordinate timelines, documentation, and follow‑ups to ensure smooth bid execution.
2. Strategy & Planning
- Support senior team members in developing bid strategies.
- Contribute research and inputs based on client requirements and market insights.
3. Documentation & Proposal Support
- Prepare and format proposal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client guidelines.
- Maintain templates, checklists, and version control.
4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to gather inputs for proposals.
- Support stakeholder discussions and maintain communication records.
5. Client & Stakeholder Interaction
- Assist in capturing client requirements during calls or discussions.
- Address basic client queries under the guidance of senior team members.
6. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all submissions follow internal processes, quality standards, and client compliance criteria.
7. Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct basic research on industry trends, Pega solution updates, and competitor offerings to support bid strategy.
8. Post‑Bid Activities
- Help prepare materials for presentations, clarifications, and negotiations after proposal submission.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in bid management, presales coordination, project coordination, or related roles.
Skills (Mandatory)
- Basic understanding of Pega solutions (exposure preferred).
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of bid management processes.
- Exposure to proposal writing or documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle time‑sensitive tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Certifications (Good to Have)
- Pega CSA / CSSA (not mandatory but adds strong value for early-career candidates).
