Role Description

This is a contract role for a Corporate Trainer, responsible for designing and delivering training programs to develop skills and knowledge across teams. The trainer will conduct in-person sessions, evaluate training effectiveness, and adapt methods to optimize learning outcomes. This on-site role is located in the Pune Division and requires active coordination with team leaders and stakeholders to align training goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse audiences
• Expertise in Electrical, Instrumentation, and IT domains, along with the ability to simplify technical concepts
• Proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, and implementation of adult learning techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with performance assessment tools and methods for evaluating training effectiveness
• Experience in corporate training or related areas, with a focus on technical skills development
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Training & Development, Education, or related fields are advantageous
• Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems to create and deliver training programs
