KSKT AgroMart (Kisaan Se Kitchen Tak) is a technology and supply-chain venture delivering naturally
grown, chemical-free agro-produce directly from trusted farms — at fair prices for consumers and
fair returns for farmers practising Good Agricultural Practices.
Kaze Living is KSKT's premium gourmet grocery marketplace — bringing fresh produce, artisan
bakery, clean-label snacks, functional beverages, and wellness essentials to discerning Delhi NCR
households. Together, KSKT and Kaze Living serve consumers and organizations seeking quality,
sustainability, and thoughtfully curated products.
THE ROLE
The Corporate Sales Manager will drive B2B growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients for
gifting, employee engagement programs, festive hampers, bulk orders, and customized corporate
solutions across KSKT and Kaze Living.
This is a relationship-led sales role requiring a commercially driven professional who can build trust
with HR leaders, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams, and Corporate Decision Makers. The role
combines business development, account management, and strategic partnership building to create
long-term corporate relationships and recurring revenue streams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients for gifting, employee rewards, festive
campaigns, onboarding kits, and bulk procurement requirements.
— Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Admin Teams, Procurement Managers,
CXOs, and key decision-makers.
— Present KSKT and Kaze Living's product portfolio and develop customized gifting solutions based
on client requirements.
— Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, events, outbound
outreach, and strategic partnerships.
— Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations to successfully close
deals.
— Manage key corporate accounts and drive repeat business through proactive relationship
management.
— Coordinate with operations, procurement, and fulfilment teams to ensure seamless execution of
corporate orders.
— Track sales performance, client engagement, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts through CRM
and reporting tools.
— Identify market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities within the corporate
gifting ecosystem.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
— Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–4 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Institutional
Sales, or Corporate Gifting.
— Proven track record of acquiring and managing corporate accounts.
— Strong network and experience working with HR, Administration, Procurement, and Corporate
Leadership teams.
— Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
— Confident in conducting client meetings, presentations, and relationship-building conversations.
— Commercially driven with a strong focus on revenue generation and client retention.
— Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
— Based in Gurgaon or NCR for regular client meetings and business development activities.
NICE TO HAVES
— Experience in corporate gifting, premium retail, gourmet food, hospitality, lifestyle, wellness, or
employee engagement solutions.
— Existing relationships with HR and procurement communities across Delhi NCR.
— Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
— Passion for premium products, wellness, sustainability, and customer experience.
