Role Description The Corporate Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing corporate business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue through tailored entertainment packages and events. Daily responsibilities include managing key accounts, overseeing the sales pipeline, coordinating with operations and marketing teams, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, ensuring high standards of customer service for corporate guests, and actively participating in local business networking and promotional activities.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, pitch offerings, and close corporate deals.
- Candidates should possess Account Management and Customer Service skills to nurture client relationships and ensure a high-quality experience for corporate guests.
- Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, track performance, and support accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Relevant experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, events, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on achieving targets and managing multiple accounts.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced customer-facing environment in the Mohali district.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
