Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Executives to promote and sell corporate gifting solutions to companies across various industries. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting corporate clients, building long-term business relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and approach corporate clients across industries for gifting requirements.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Promote corporate gifting products including employee gifts, festive hampers, onboarding kits, promotional merchandise, and customized branding solutions.
- Meet HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and Management teams of companies to understand gifting needs.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and proposals for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product customization, branding, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the corporate gifting industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1–8 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, gifting, branding, or promotional products.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales interest can also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
