Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) / Sales Head – Corporate Sales

Location: Chennai (Candidates based in Chennai only)

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Notice Period: Immediate Joinrs or up to 30 days

Budget: Up to 10 LPA (9 Fixed & 1 Variable)


We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) / Sales Head to join our growing team in Chennai.


Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Sales and Field Sales
  • Must have experience selling physical products to corporate clients (B2B sales)
  • Strong network with HR, Admin, Procurement, Facility, or Purchase teams
  • Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Excellent relationship management and account management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory
  • Candidates must be currently based in Chennai


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate customers
  • Generate business through field sales and client meetings
  • Present and promote product solutions to corporate organizations
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery


Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience selling products such as office equipment, vending machines, industrial products, FMCG, electronics, appliances, office supplies, furniture, or similar physical products to corporate clients will be preferred.
