Corporate Recruiter – Chemical Refining

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring efforts for a large chemical refining organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, assess, and hire top talent across operations, engineering, corporate, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in competitive markets
• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Provide market insight on compensation trends and hiring strategies
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with company hiring processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, refining, energy, or industrial environments preferred
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
