Role Description The Corporate Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The role involves planning and executing corporate marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, specialties, and health programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target audiences, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and developing marketing materials for both digital and offline channels. The Corporate Marketing Executive will manage corporate outreach initiatives, support business development activities, and collaborate with the sales team to build partnerships with organizations, insurers, and referring providers. The role also includes tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending strategies to increase brand visibility and patient acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Corporate Marketing and Marketing Strategy skills, with the ability to plan and execute campaigns for healthcare services.
  • Market Research and Data Analysis skills to understand patient needs, competitor activities, and local market trends.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills to engage stakeholders, create clear messaging, and represent the hospital professionally.
  • Sales and Business Development skills to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, referring doctors, and partner organizations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or service industry marketing, including experience with digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing tools; familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant professional experience in corporate or healthcare marketing is preferred.
  • FRESHER MBA GRADUATES IN MARKETING ARE ALSO WELCOME.
