Role Description

This on-site, full-time Corporate Card Relationship Manager position is based in Kunnathur. The role involves identifying and acquiring corporate clients for the bank's credit card offerings. Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and customizing solutions to meet client needs. The manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, manage risk and compliance requirements, and achieve predefined sales and revenue targets.


Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Sales and business development experience, preferably in financial services or corporate banking.
  • Knowledge of credit card products, financial compliance, and market trends to effectively tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address client concerns proactively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort with working on-site and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in managing middle-market or large corporate client portfolios is an advantage.
