Contract Product Designer — FightCamp

As a Contract Product Designer at FightCamp, you will shape the user experience across our mobile app, with a strong focus on growing, engaging, and retaining our subscriber base. You'll bring a deep understanding of mobile-first design and user engagement strategies to help elevate our product experience. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver engaging, user-centered experiences that drive product usage and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Design new features and enhancements for the FightCamp mobile app, focused on user engagement, retention, and subscription growth, centered around our in-app workout experience
• Translate ambiguous or loosely defined problems into clear design requirements, user flows, and actionable next steps
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define product requirements, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration between our app and FightCamp's connected hardware products
• Help evolve and maintain FightCamp's design system to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience on mobile apps, preferably in fitness, health, or subscription-based products
• Strong information architecture skills — able to break down complex systems into simpler, well-structured components
• Understands how new features impact the broader product architecture and navigation
• Experience working within and scaling an existing design system
• Experience designing within hardware-software ecosystems is a plus

How We Work

• You'll work directly with our CTO / Chief Product Officer on a team of ~15 people
• We use Figma as our primary design tool, but are open to other tools
• Design reviews happen weekly with the CTO / Chief Product Officer
