This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Orchha. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily operations related to property upkeep and equipment functionality. Responsibilities include executing and supervising preventive maintenance, managing repair tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, coordinating with the team, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role requires proactive management of resources and continuous improvement of maintenance processes to uphold the high standards of the resort.

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead, manage, and train maintenance teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure operational reliability and longevity of machinery and systems.
• Expertise in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair to oversee and execute comprehensive property upkeep plans.
• Problem-solving skills and an ability to work under time constraints in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and preventive measures.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous experience in hospitality settings or similar industries is a plus.
